910.14 Measuring manifolds for WIKA pressure measuring instruments

Description

910.14 Pressure gauge manifolds for WIKA pressure gauges are used for mounting pressure gauges, pressure gauges, shut-off valves, pressure gauge traps, RC links and other accessories.

Types of 910.14 metering distributors

• male-female connections
  shall be used when the size of the external thread is different from the external thread in the parts to be connected
• female-to-female connections
  shall be used when the two components to be connected have male threads
• male-to-male connections
  shall be used when the two components to be connected have female threads
• Self-sealing spigots (SS)
  are used to adapt a threaded connection of a smaller size to a larger one (e.g. G ¼ to G ½). Due to their design, welding nozzles are self-sealing (i.e. the taper, which turns into welding nipples, is pressed into the bore of the pressure channel connector of the pressure measuring instrument. Both threaded parts are fixed with a special adhesive to prevent accidental loosening.
• left/right threads
  according to DIN 16283, they have a right-hand thread on one side and a left-hand thread on the other side, allowing the component to be sealed and oriented in any required direction
• threaded nuts with welding adapter
  according to DIN 16284, enable fixing without having to change the orientation of the parts to be connected to each other.
• compression fit with solderless sleeves
  are used to connect pressure measuring instruments or fittings to copper, steel and stainless steel piping. Particularly useful assembly, without soldering and welding points. The sealing washer is included in the delivery.
• set of flanges with lens-type sealing ring
  is used for mounting high-pressure measuring instruments (up to 4000 bar). Through two threaded flanges held in place by four screws, the pressure gauge can be positioned in any orientation.
• welded metering manifolds
  externally threaded, they are used with left-hand threads for left/right-hand thread connections, and with right-hand threads (according to EN 837-1) they are mainly found with direct pressure connections
• rotary metering manifolds
  allow instruments to be oriented to measure pressure over a 360° range
