Description
The DPGT43HP.160 differential pressure gauge with output signal for the WIKA process industry is used for pressure measurement of gaseous and liquid media.
When the differential pressure has to be specified locally and at the same time a signal transmission to a central control or remote centre is desired, the intelliGAUGE® model DPGT43 (patent, property right: e.g. DE 202007019025) can be used.
The DPGT43 is based on the model 732.14 high quality stainless steel pressure gauge with a nominal size of 100 or 160. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-3.
The use of high-quality stainless steel materials and the robust design are adapted to applications in the chemical and process industries. This makes the instrument suitable for liquid and gaseous media, even in aggressive environments.
High safety against overloading is achieved by the metal construction and the tight-fitting design of the pressure element.
The robust diaphragm metering system produces a rotation of the pointer proportional to the pressure. The electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the camshaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely wear- and friction-free. This produces an electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, 4 … 20 mA. In addition, the electrical zero point can be set manually.
The WIKA electronic sensor, integrated in a high-quality mechanical differential pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with a local mechanical display that remains readable during a power failure.
This allows you to store an additional measuring point with a mechanical pressure display.
