General Terms and Conditions of Business and the provision of services through the online shop ELPRO LEPENIK & CO.


With these Terms and Conditions, ELPRO Lepenik & Co. d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) sets out the procedures, methods and measures for the conduct of business and the provision of services through the Seller’s online shop located at With an online shop, the seller offers its products and services and customers buy them. The Seller supplies/produces and sells the products/services from the online shop’s sales programme exclusively under the terms and conditions set out below. The General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the International E-commerce Codes.

The Seller undertakes to be at the disposal of the user of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) at all times:

  • the identity of the seller (name and registered office of the company, number of the register where the company is registered);
  • contact details to enable the buyer to communicate quickly and efficiently with the seller (email address, telephone, etc.);
  • information on the essential features of the products or services offered by the online shop, including after-sales services and warranties, if these are in addition to the legal ones;
  • information on the availability of products and/or services offered by the online shop;
  • the manner and conditions of delivery of products or performance of services;
  • information on how to pay;
  • information on the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal;
  • information on the possibility of returning products and if and how much such returns cost the buyer;
  • information on the buyer complaint procedure and the contact details of the seller’s buyer contact person.

Product/service prices are displayed on for selected products that are published by the Seller as eligible for online sale. For products that need further coordination regarding customer requirements, installation or use, please use the “Enquiry” form.

For online prices:

  • are in euros;
  • are shown exclusive and inclusive of VAT (underlined), purchase accounting is inclusive of VAT;
  • apply to online purchases only;
  • may differ from the prices in the Seller’s price lists/offers/contracts/other documents;
  • the Seller reserves the right to make daily price changes without prior notice;
  • are valid at the time the order is placed and do not have any predefined validity;
  • in the event of an error by the Seller in publishing the price or in changing the price during the order processing process, the Seller shall allow the Buyer to withdraw from the purchase and to reach an amicable solution to the mutual satisfaction of both parties;
  • any discounts between the Seller and the Buyer, which are otherwise customary, do not apply;
  • promotional prices are limited in time and quantity;
  • do not include delivery costs;
  • do not include additional costs such as calibrations, adjustments, certifications, etc., except for those specifically mentioned.


Due to the nature of doing business online, the product range in the online shop changes and is updated frequently and quickly.

Select the product that has the listed price and click on the “Add to basket” link. The product has been added to your shopping basket. To continue shopping, click on the ““, or click on the PRODUCTS tab to return to the online shop. To complete your purchase, click on the basket. The contents of the purchase will be displayed, with details of the product selected, price, quantity, shipping costs and the option to redeem the voucher. You then click on “Proceed to checkout” and the system moves you to “Complete purchase”. Fill in the form and click on “Buy now”. You will see “Order Received” and you will receive a notification of your order to your email address. You can access your shopping basket and, consequently, the checkout from anywhere on the website or online shop by clicking on the shopping basket icon located in the top right corner of the page. To remove an item from the shopping basket, click on the red cross in front of the item or change the quantity of items to 0. Click on the “Proceed to checkout” link to proceed to “Complete purchase”.

If the product you want does not have a price, it is not currently available for online purchase because it needs further verification of your requirements. Please fill in the Inquiry form, located with each product/service, to match the exact type of product or bespoke product. If you still wish to make a purchase in the online shop at a later date, the product will be entered exclusively for your purchase after reconciliation.

To complete your order, you must complete the following mandatory fields.

  • Payer details:

You must enter the required contact details marked with a red asterisk (first name, last name, country, street, postcode, city, telephone, email address), which are necessary for the confirmation and completion of your order and the delivery of the product.

  • Order overview:

The products you have added to your shopping basket will be displayed. The price of the product, the delivery charge, the VAT value and the total cost to be paid are displayed in the shopping basket before the order is completed.

  • Completion of purchase (order):

Please check the delivery details, payment method and contents of your shopping basket. Confirm your order by clicking on “Buy now”. If the order has been successfully completed, the website will display the text “Order received” and the following information. the date, e-mail address and other details of the order (product, part amount, delivery charge, VAT, payment method, amount, payer’s address, delivery address).

  • After completing all the mandatory information, you must tick that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • When your order is complete, you will receive a “Thank you for your order” message in your email inbox. The order will be held until we confirm receipt of payment.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a purchase in the event of the product being out of stock or manifestly incorrect prices which may arise from errors in automated transfers, which will be notified to you as soon as possible.


The Seller shall issue an invoice to the Buyer in electronic form, itemising the costs and explaining the right to withdraw from the purchase by returning the purchased product, if necessary and possible. In the case of made-to-order products, the purchase contract cannot be cancelled even if the Seller, in agreement with the Buyer, places such a product in the online shop so that the Buyer can purchase it in this way. The purchase contract in the form of a purchase order shall be stored electronically on the server of the Controller. The Buyer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at the time of order completion. The Purchase and Sale Agreement is concluded in the Slovenian language.

The contract of sale between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions of purchase are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.


The products will be prepared and dispatched to the buyer’s address within the agreed timeframe. The Seller will send a dispatch notification to the Buyer’s email address. In the event that the Buyer has ordered products that the Seller is unable to dispatch within the promised time due to unforeseeable reasons, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the new delivery date by sending an email to the Buyer’s email address.

After receipt of the purchase price, your order will be completed.

For shipments to another EC Member State, VAT will not be charged if the recipient of the goods reports the EC VAT number (V.A.T) at the time of order. For deliveries to a country outside the EC, the invoicing will be carried out in accordance with Slovenian legislation. The law applicable to sales in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia applies exclusively.

The deliverability of reports/certificates, declarations of conformity and other technical documentation must be checked in advance (often at extra cost). They cannot be issued after the purchase has already been made.

EU preferential origin requirements and other requirements concerning the origin and processing of materials must be verified in advance, and subsequent requirements and attributions in orders are not binding on the Seller.

For deliveries to the Buyer’s location, the Seller shall charge additional delivery costs. The delivery charges do not include the cost of transport insurance. The Seller shall make all deliveries to the Buyer’s location via a contracted courier or postal service (hereinafter referred to as the “delivery service”). The products are packaged by the seller in basic, dedicated packaging. The packaging includes filler packing material for basic protection. The delivery note and any other attachments required by the nature of the goods (checklists, connection drawings, instructions for use, warranty cards, etc.) shall be included in the package. The package is handed over to the contractual delivery agent, thus transferring responsibility for the products to the buyer. Delivery shall be made to the Buyer’s registered office or to the address entered by the Buyer when placing the order. For urgent deliveries, we advise you to call in advance.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We will process it during our working hours.


A voucher is a form of benefit when purchasing through the retailer’s online shop and is valid for a limited period of time. The active voucher code is published by the Seller at the time of the various promotional activities. Most often the voucher code is published in the newsletter, so it is recommended to subscribe to the newsletter located in the footer of the website.

Using a voucher:

  • the field to enter the voucher code appears in the “Shopping basket”, before completing the purchase;
  • enter the voucher code and click “Redeem voucher”;
  • The voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • vouchers are exclusive of other promotional offers.


Orders received online can be cancelled at no extra cost until a dispatch email is received. Notification of cancellation of an order shall be sent to the e-mail address [email protected]. The subject line of the email should read “Order Cancellation” and the message should contain your title and/or name and order number.


Until the order has been placed with the delivery company, it is possible to change the quantities, the method of delivery and the method of payment, if not already made by credit card.

Notification of changes to your order should be sent to [email protected]. The subject line of the e-mail shall state “Change of order” and the message shall contain the title and/or name, the order number and the change.


All online orders are stored at the registered office of ELPRO Lepenik & Co. d.o.o.; Ob gozdu 7c Rogoza; 2204 Miklavž na Dravskem polju, Slovenia. A copy of the order can be obtained by written request to [email protected] or by telephone +386 2 62 96 720, Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00.


Payment must be made in full and by one of the following methods (to be selected when entering your order details):

  • Cash on delivery (cash transaction upon receipt of the shipment);
  • Payment by invoice (bank transaction before the products are made or the service is rendered);
  • Payment By credit card.

The Buyer shall pay for the Products and/or Services at the prices prevailing on the day on which the order is placed.

Payment on delivery

The Buyer or his/her representative must be present at the time of delivery of the Shipment to the address selected, or as otherwise may be required by the terms and conditions of the Supplier from time to time. Upon dispatch from the Seller’s location, the Buyer receives a delivery announcement by e-mail. The delivery forecast shall include information on the amount of the ransom.

The Buyer shall pay the Deliverer for the ordered Products in cash on delivery/shipment, or the terms and conditions of the Deliverer shall apply if the Deliverer allows a different method of payment. The delivery costs are indicated in the order.

Payment by invoice

The Seller shall issue an invoice to the Buyer, with all order and payment information, to the Buyer’s e-mail address.

If the customer chooses to pay by invoice, he/she will receive all the necessary instructions for the transaction by e-mail after the order has been completed.

Validity of the estimate

The invoice binds the Seller for the period stated on the invoice. If no time limit is specified, the validity period of the invoice shall be deemed to be one (1) day.

Payment by credit card

If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, he/she can pay online with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Enter the required details of your credit/debit card in the boxes that appear after selecting the credit card payment method.

The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller does not accept any bank charges, commissions or fees. All payments must be made without any deductions, withholdings or offsets.


For each product, the customer can only submit an enquiry, with no obligation to buy.


The Seller shall carry out the delivery to the Buyer in cooperation with the selected delivery partners indicated at the time of purchase completion.

Parcel shipping costs:

DPD: 7,56 € (incl. VAT)

Post of Slovenia: € 9.64 (incl. VAT). This choice does not apply to card payments, but only as an additional option for payments by invoice or cash on delivery.

Delivery time

The most common delivery time is two (2) to three (3) working days for products in stock, or two (2) to three (3) days for preparation and delivery, as indicated on the product with the addition of two (2) to three (3) days. In any case, the Seller shall endeavour to execute the order as soon as possible.

Due to holidays or weekends or unforeseen events, the shipping time may be extended. In the event that, for unforeseeable reasons, the order is not delivered within the promised delivery time, the Seller shall inform the Buyer of the new delivery time by e-mail.

Delivery is usually made to the door of the premises, or subject to the terms and conditions of the delivery service provider, if this allows a different method.The delivery price is calculated at the beginning of the shopping basket.

The Seller may extend the delivery period in the event of untimely fulfilment by the Buyer of obligations necessary for the conclusion or performance of the transaction (payment obligation, recipient’s details, etc.).

In the event that the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract of sale or purchase for any reason, the Buyer shall notify the Seller within fourteen (14) days that it is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for its decision. The notice of withdrawal shall be sent to the e-mail address [email protected]. The 14-day period starts from the day the products and/or services are received by the Buyer. The only cost to the buyer of withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods to the seller.

If the Buyer has already received the Products and withdraws from the Contract, the Buyer must return the Products within thirty(30) days of the date of the notice or declaration of withdrawal. The products must be returned together with all the relevant documentation and the invoice. In the event of a return, the Seller will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen(14 ) days after receipt of the returned goods, except in the case of payment by card if the card has not yet been charged.

If the service has already been received by the buyer (for example, advice, technical support or service on the buyer’s product), cancellation is not possible.


In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer shall return the goods in person to the Seller’s location, every working day, Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 15:00. For returns, please contact [email protected] or +386 2 62 96 720, weekdays, Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 15:00. It must include your name, order number, email address and contact telephone number. The goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original account. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer may ship the packaged goods by delivery (same standard as on receipt) to ELPRO Lepenik & Co. d.o.o.; Ob gozdu 7c, Rogoza; 2204 Miklavž na Dravskem polju, Slovenia. The goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and all documentation received. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

In the event of a complaint, the Buyer shall only notify the Customer by e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone on +386 51 228 494, every working day, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 15:00. The Buyer will be asked to complete a Claim Form, which is available on the Seller’s website under the SUPPORT/Claim Form tab. Upon receipt or coordination with the Buyer, the Seller will organise collection of the consignment – in this case, the costs will be free of charge for the Buyer. The buyer must provide a copy of the original the invoice and the product must be in its original undamaged packaging. The trader shall follow the legislative route of the claim.

Products are guaranteed according to the product group and the applicable legislation. The seller issues a warranty card and thereby guarantees, on behalf of the manufacturer of the product, the quality of the product or its trouble-free operation during the warranty period, provided that the product is used in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions provided. The warranty period starts from the date of acceptance of the product by the buyer.

The period during which the Seller guarantees to the Buyer, against payment: repair, maintenance and spare parts, shall be at least three (3) years after the expiry of the warranty period or as provided for by Slovenian law. In line with the Sustainability Policy, the Retailer is committed to the reparability of the products it sells.
Repairs are generally carried out at the seller’s premises. The dealer shall ensure that the service centre is qualified for all its authorised sales programmes. Depending on the expertise and complexity of the repair, the seller may return the product to the manufacturer for repair, increasing the repair time accordingly.


The Buyer shall claim a material defect by giving a detailed description of the defect, an opportunity to inspect the product and a notification to the e-mail address [email protected] or in person at the Seller’s location, where the Seller will inspect the product and issue a receipt for the product. The adopted legal provisions apply.

The Seller shall not be liable for material defects in the Products which appear after the statutory delivery period. It resolves defects in the manner and within the time limits provided for by law.

If the existence of a defect in the Product is not disputed, the Seller will settle the claim as soon as possible, but within eight (8) days at the latest. In the event of a dispute as to the existence of a defect, the Seller will reply in writing within a maximum of eight (8) days.


The seller guarantees that he has taken every precaution to ensure that every purchase is safe. All confidential data transmitted online (personal data, purchase data and payment card numbers) is properly encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.

The web centre uses a 128-bit encryption key and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Mechanisms used by banks, financial institutions and the best online shops ensure maximum transfer security.

All credit/debit card transactions are processed through a 3D Secure terminal, which protects the data of the actual cardholder and provides a high level of protection against malicious use of the cards.

Payment and card data is not stored on the merchant’s server.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to protect his/her personal data by ensuring that his/her username and password are secure and that his/her computer has the appropriate original software (up-to-date anti-virus protection). Each customer has a username and password to introduce themselves. The password is secret and known only to the buyer. The Buyer warrants the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided and shall be liable for damages resulting from inaccurate or untrue information.


All personal data processed is in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Statement.


If the Customer wishes to cancel the registration in “My Account”, he/she shall do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. To verify the authenticity of the information, the Seller will contact the Buyer and confirm the cancellation of the registration. The request for cancellation of the registration must be sent from the email address with which the customer’s account was opened. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Buyer’s request to cancel the registration, the Seller shall delete the Buyer’s personal data and notify the Buyer thereof.

UNSUBSCRIBE from the newsletter

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. The Customer may also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the newsletters received. Due to the specific nature of the business process and technical constraints, it is possible that the Customer will still receive an email within fifteen (15) days from the date of cancellation. In such cases, the seller apologises sincerely and asks for understanding.


If the Buyer wishes to delete the personal data stored by the Seller for the purpose of sending newsletters, it is necessary to communicate this to the e-mail address [email protected]. The request to delete a subscription must be sent from the email address with which the customer subscribed to the newsletter or must specify the email address from which the customer is unsubscribing. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Buyer’s request to delete the registration, the Seller shall delete the Buyer’s personal data and notify the Buyer thereof.
