General Terms and Conditions of Business and the provision of services through the online shop ELPRO LEPENIK & CO.


With these Terms and Conditions, ELPRO Lepenik & Co. d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) sets out the procedures, methods and measures for the conduct of business and the provision of services through the Seller’s online shop located at The Seller supplies/produces and sells the goods/services from the online shop’s sales programme exclusively under the terms and conditions set out below. The General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and international e-commerce codes.

Product/service prices are displayed on for selected products that are published by the Seller as eligible for online sale.

For online prices:

  • are in euros;
  • are shown exclusive of and inclusive of VAT, the purchase is invoiced inclusive of VAT;
  • apply to online purchases only;
  • may differ from the prices in the Seller’s price lists/offers/contracts/other documents;
  • the Seller reserves the right to make daily price changes without prior notice;
  • are valid at the time the order is placed and do not have a predefined validity;
  • in the event of an error by the Seller in publishing the price or in changing the price during the order processing process, the Seller shall allow the Buyer to withdraw from the purchase and to reach an amicable solution to the mutual satisfaction of both parties;
  • any discounts between the Seller and the Buyer, which are otherwise customary, do not apply;
  • promotional prices are limited in time and quantity;
  • do not include delivery costs;
  • do not include additional costs such as calibrations, adjustments, certifications, etc., except for those specifically mentioned.

To continue shopping, click on any of the links to return to the online shop.

To complete your purchase, click “Proceed to checkout” and the system will take you to “Complete purchase”.

To remove an item from your shopping basket, click on the red cross under the item or change the quantity to 0. Click on the “Proceed to checkout” link to proceed to “Complete purchase”.

To complete your order, you must complete the following mandatory fields.

  • Payer details:

You must enter the required contact details marked with a red asterisk (first name, last name, country, street, postcode, city, telephone, email address), which we need to confirm and complete your order and to deliver the product.

  • Voucher – see point 5.
  • Delivery to another address:

If you want delivery to a different address, please enter the required information: first name, last name, country, street, postcode, city.

  • Order overview:

The products you have added to your shopping basket will be displayed. The price of the product, the delivery charge, the VAT value and the total cost to be paid are displayed in the shopping basket before the order is completed.

  • Completion of order:

Please check the delivery details, payment method and contents of your shopping basket. Confirm your order by clicking on “Buy now”. If the order has been successfully completed, the website will display the text “Order received” and the following information. Order, date, e-mail and other order details (product, part amount, delivery charge, ddv, payment method, amount, payer’s address, delivery address).

  • When your order is complete, you will receive a message in your email inbox saying Thank you for your order. The order will be held until we confirm receipt of payment.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a purchase in the event of the product being out of stock or manifestly incorrect prices which may arise from errors in automated transfers, which will be notified to you as soon as possible.

We will prepare the goods and send them to your address within the agreed deadline. We will send a delivery notification to your inbox. If you have ordered goods that we cannot dispatch within the promised delivery time due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you of the new delivery time by email.

Upon receipt of the purchase price, we will complete your order.

For shipments to another EC Member State, VAT will not be charged if the recipient of the goods reports the EC VAT number (V.A.T) at the time of order. For deliveries to a country outside the EC, the invoicing will be carried out in accordance with Slovenian legislation.

The deliverability of reports/certificates, declarations of conformity and other technical documentation must be checked in advance (often at extra cost). They cannot be issued after the purchase has already been made.

EU preferential origin requirements and other requirements concerning the origin and processing of materials must be verified in advance, and subsequent requirements and attributions in orders are not binding on the Seller.

For deliveries to the Buyer’s location, the Seller shall charge additional delivery costs. The delivery charges do not include the cost of transport insurance. The Seller shall make all deliveries to the Buyer’s location via a contracted courier or postal service. The products are packaged by the seller in basic, dedicated packaging. The packaging includes filler packing material for basic protection. The delivery note and any other attachments required by the nature of the goods (checklists, connection drawings, instructions for use, warranty cards, etc.) shall be included in the package. The package is handed over to the contracted courier or parcel service, and responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer. Delivery shall be made to the Buyer’s registered office or to the address entered by the Buyer when placing the order. For urgent deliveries, we advise you to call in advance.

You can place your order 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We will process it during our working hours.


A voucher is a form of benefit when purchasing through the retailer’s online shop and is valid for a limited period of time. The active voucher code is published by the Seller at the time of the various promotional activities. Most often the voucher code is published in the newsletter, so we advise you to sign up for the newsletter.

Using a voucher:

  • the field to enter the voucher code appears in the “Shopping basket”, before completing the purchase;
  • enter the voucher code and click “Redeem voucher”;
  • The voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • vouchers are exclusive of other promotional offers.


Orders received online can be cancelled at no extra cost until you receive a delivery email. Notification of cancellation of an order is made by email to [email protected] Please indicate “Order Cancellation” in the subject line of the email, and include your title and/or full name and order number in the message.


You can change the quantities, delivery method and payment method until you place your order with the package service.

Notification of a change to an order is made by email to [email protected] Please indicate “Order Change” in the subject line of the email, and include your title and/or name, order number and the change.

When paying by credit card, follow the instructions on how to cancel a credit card payment.


All online orders are stored at the registered office of ELPRO Lepenik & Co. d.o.o.; Ob gozdu 7c Rogoza; 2204 Miklavž na Dravskem polju, Slovenia. The Customer may obtain a copy of the order by written request by email to [email protected] or by telephone on +386 2 62 96 720 from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00.


Payment must be made in full in advance by one of the following methods.

Invoice (bank transaction before delivery): upon receipt of your order, we will issue an invoice with all the order and payment information.

Cash on delivery: you must be present when the goods are delivered to your chosen address. You will receive a delivery forecast before delivery by email and/or phone call. The delivery forecast includes information on the amount of the ransom and the estimated delivery date.

Payment via PayPal.

In the event that the Seller does not receive payment (failure to make a card payment), the Seller has the right to request the Buyer to return the goods in perfect condition.

Please note that the Seller will not accept any bank charges, commissions or fees. All payments must be made without any deductions, withholdings or offsets.


You can make a request for any product, with no obligation to buy.


Delivery is made in cooperation with the postal/courier services you can find in the selection of your purchase. The most common delivery time is 2-3 working days for products in stock or as indicated on the product. Holidays or weekends may increase the time it takes to ship, so please be understanding. In the event that, for unforeseen reasons, we are unable to deliver your order within the promised delivery time, we will inform you of the new delivery time by email.
Delivery is usually made to the door of the premises, or on the terms of the chosen delivery partner.

Delivery charges will be calculated for you during the checkout process.

The Seller may extend the delivery period in the event of untimely fulfilment of obligations necessary for the conclusion or performance of the transaction (e.g. payment obligation, recipient details, etc.).


If you wish to withdraw from the contract of sale or purchase for any reason, you may notify us within 14 days that you are withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for your decision. Please send your notice of withdrawal by email to [email protected] The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods. The only cost to you for cancelling the contract is the cost of returning the goods.

If you have already received the goods and you are withdrawing from the contract, you must return them within 30 days of the date on which you sent the notice or declaration that you are withdrawing from the contract. You must return the goods together with all the relevant documentation and the invoice. In the event of a return, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, except in the case of payment by card if the card has not yet been charged.


Returns can be made in person at the seller’s location, Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. Please make an appointment in advance by email [email protected] or by phone +386 2 62 96 720, Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. You will need to provide your name, order number, email and contact phone number. You must enclose a copy of the original account. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, delivery service to:

In addition to the goods, you must provide a copy of the original invoice. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

In case of complaints, please make a return request in advance by e-mail [email protected] or by phone +386 51 228 494, Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. After confirmation or coordination with you, we will organise collection of the shipment – in this case, the costs will be free of charge for you. You must provide a copy of the original invoice with the goods and the product must be in its original undamaged packaging.

If you wish, we can exchange the goods for another one or refund your purchase price.

Products are guaranteed if stated on the warranty card, invoice or quotation. The seller, on behalf of the manufacturer of the product, warrants the quality of the product or its trouble-free operation within the warranty period, provided that it is used in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions supplied with it. The warranty period starts on the date of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer.

The period during which the Seller guarantees to the Buyer, against payment, repairs, maintenance and spare parts is at least 3 years after the expiry of the warranty period.

Repairs at the customer’s location are not possible due to the complexity and non-transferability of modern service equipment and the availability of spare parts.

The trader is not qualified to make a technical assessment of possible malfunctions and therefore cannot decide whether to replace a defective product without the opinion of an authorised repairer or the manufacturer.


You can claim a material defect by describing the defect in detail, allowing us to inspect the product and notifying us by email to [email protected] or in person at the Seller’s location, where we will inspect the product and issue you with a receipt. We are not liable for material defects in products that appear after 2 years from the date of delivery.
After proper notification and allowing the product to be inspected, we will either:

  • rectify the fault in the product;
  • refund a proportion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect;
  • replace the defective product with a new, faultless product;
  • refund the full amount paid.

If the existence of a defect in the product is not disputed, we will satisfy you as soon as possible, but within 8 days at the latest. In the event of a dispute as to whether an error exists, we will reply to you in writing within 8 days at the latest.


We’ve made sure that every purchase is secure. All confidential data transmitted online (personal data, purchase data and payment card numbers) is properly encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.

Online centre uses a 128-bit encryption key and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Mechanisms used by banks, financial institutions and the best online shops ensure maximum transfer security.

Authorisations and payment card transactions are processed via PayPal. Payment and card data is not stored on the merchant’s server.

It is also the responsibility of the user/purchaser to protect personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password and by using the appropriate original software (up-to-date anti-virus protection) on his/her computer. Each user/buyer has a username and password with which to introduce themselves. The password is secret and known only to the user/buyer. The Buyer warrants the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided and shall be liable for damages resulting from inaccurate or untruthful information.


All personal data processed is in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Statement.


If you wish to cancel your registration in “My Account”, please email [email protected] We will contact you to verify the authenticity of your details and to confirm the cancellation of your registration. The request for cancellation of the registration must be sent from the email address with which the user account was created. We will delete your personal data within 15 days of receiving your request to cancel your registration and notify you of this.

UNSUBSCRIBE from the newsletter

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list at any time by emailing [email protected] You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the newsletters you receive. Due to the specific nature of the business process and technical limitations, you may still receive our emails within 15 days from the date of your unsubscription, in case the email has already been sent or is in the process of being sent. In this case, we apologise and ask for your understanding.


If you wish to delete the personal data that we hold for the purpose of sending you newsletters, please contact us by email at [email protected] The request to delete your subscription must be sent from the email address with which you subscribed to the newsletter or you must provide the email address you are unsubscribing from. We will delete your personal data within 15 days of receiving your request to delete your registration and will notify you of this.
