Description
The CPT-20 process transducer with WIKA capacitive ceramic load cell is a device that detects pressure and converts it into an electrical signal, where the quantity depends on the pressure or fluid.
The model with HART®, PROFIBUS® PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus™ 4 … 20 mA output signals, in combination with the intrinsically safe or flameproof ( ATEX and IECEx compliant) CPT-2x enclosure ignition protection, is ideally suited for applications with the highest demands on measurement technology.
Robust and highly accurate
The capacitive ceramic measuring cell gives particularly accurate measured values, especially in small measuring ranges and therefore has a particularly high overload. The special sealing concept ensures smooth operation in almost all industries and applications. There are seven model variants to suit every operating environment.
The housing itself can be rotated by 330° and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. To meet the high demands of the food and pharmaceutical industries, an electro-polished stainless steel (316L) housing is available.
Easy configuration and management
The instrument is serviced and configured using an optional display and control module that can be installed in four positions.
The operating menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and the standard 13 selectable languages.
You can also set the operating parameters using the free and non-proprietary PACTware™ configuration software.
The instrument-specific DTM allows easy integration into relevant process control systems.
