UPT-21 WIKA flush diaphragm process transmitter

Description

The UPT-21 WIKA flush diaphragm process transducer is a device that detects pressure and converts it into an electrical signal, where the quantity depends on the pressure or fluid.

Construction of instruments
The UPT-2x process transducer model has been developed for applications requiring an intelligent sensor. The integrated temperature compensation makes the process converter particularly interesting for a wide range of applications.

The measuring cell is made of 316L stainless steel or in combination with high-quality Elgiloy®. Additional special materials are available for specific requirements.

The housing can be rotated by 330° and the LC display can be placed in different positions and moved in 90° increments. The LC display is easy to read in any mounting position, even from a distance of up to 5 m.

HART® protocol
The process converter can be installed in applications using analogue technology as well as in modern systems communicating via the HART® protocol.

Via the display and operation module or the HART® interface, this process converter can be configured directly on site or remotely via the control system.

Adjustable rotation (20:1) allows recording of precise process values with optimised measurement limits
