Description

333.30 WIKA Precision Test Manometer with Bourdon tube is used for precision pressure measurement of gaseous and liquid media.

The Model 333.30 high quality gauge has been specially designed for the higher safety requirements during high precision pressure measurements and is suitable for calibration tasks. With an accuracy class of 0.6 %, the Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial-type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. For pressures ≤ 400 bar, an accuracy class of 0.25% is optionally available.

Precise movement, wear-resistant, wetted parts and housing made of high-quality stainless steel. WIKA manufactures and qualifies the Bourdon pressure gauge according to the requirements of the European standard EN 837-1 in safety version “S3”. The safety version consists of a non-crushable window, a solid partition between the measuring system and the dial, and a vent.

In the event of a failure, the operator is protected at the front, as the media or components can only be removed via the back of the housing. In harsh working conditions (e.g. vibrations), all instruments are also available with an additional liquid refill.

Optimum readability of the instrument with a nominal size of 160 mm is achieved by a knife-edge pointer and a dial with fine dividers. The parallax error supported by the optional mirror-band scale can be corrected.

You can create an optional DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate for this instrument.

A transport bag (accessory) ensures safe storage and transport.

Accessories

The new WIKA pressure measurement system is an EMICO emission meter that ensures the safety of people and the environment in critical processes. The system consists of pressure gauges of models 2xx.30 in the safety version or S-3 in accordance with EN 837-1 (S3) and a valve to prevent fugitive emissions:

The measuring instrument and the valve are connected by a lightweight swivel adapter with a special sealing packing. The system is leak tested in accordance with TA Luft (VDI 2440) for fugitive emissions. The EMICO system measures pressures from 0 to 420 bar or 6000 psi. In the event of a failure due to high overpressure, the S-3 safety version protects the user from injury.

The compact measuring system can be started up immediately after delivery. The free rotating swivel adapter allows 360° positioning of the display and easy disassembly of the measuring instrument (in case calibration is required). In accordance with ISO 15848-1 and TA-Luft, S-3 pressure gauges can be combined with top valves in a fugitive design to form EMICO gauges.
