Description

The DA10 differential pressure switch (Ex d) from WIKA is used for pressure measurement of gaseous and liquid media.

These high-quality differential pressure switches have been developed specifically for safety applications. High product quality and ISO 9001 manufacturing ensure reliable control of your plant. In production, the switches are tracked every step of the way by quality assurance software and then 100% tested.

To ensure the most flexible operation, the differential pressure switches are equipped with micro-switches that allow direct switching of electrical loads up to 250 V, 20 A.

For lower switching power ratings, for example for PLC applications, argon-filled micro switches with gold-plated contacts can be chosen as an option.

All wetted materials are stainless steel as standard. For applications with special requirements in wet areas, a version with Monel® is available.

Using a diaphragm metering system, the DA differential pressure switch is extremely robust and provides optimum operating characteristics and maximum measurement performance with a repeatability of less than 1% of span.

The process connection with a centre distance of 54 mm of the lower bracket allows easy and comfortable installation of a standard valve manifold. Repeatability: ≤ 1% of the range. Robust aluminium switch housing. alloy, IP66, NEMA 4X
