PGT10 USB Bourdon pressure gauge with WIKA output signal

Description

The PGT10 USB Bourdon pressure gauge with WIKA output signal is used for pressure measurement of gaseous and liquid media.

The PGT21 intelliGAUGE® is a combination of a Bourdon pressure gauge and a pressure sensor. It offers a conventional analogue display, which provides an on-site process pressure reading, plus an analogue output signal (4 … 20 mA or 0.5 … 4.5 V DC).

The Bourdon tube measuring system according to EN 837-1 produces a rotation of the pointer proportional to the pressure. The electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the camshaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely wear- and friction-free. This provides a signal proportional to the downstream pressure.

IntelliGAUGE® is available as standard in a range from 0 … 1.6 bar to 0 … 400 bar with accuracy class 2.5 and a 2 m round cable for electrical connection. The stainless steel housing meets IP65 ingress protection requirements. Shock and vibration resistance can be increased by filling the casing with silicone oil. This makes the instrument perfectly suited for use in harsh industrial environments.

With various options (e.g. higher accuracy class, different cable length), the pressure gauge can be precisely tailored to the requirements of the customer-specific application.
