Description

712.15.100 Differential pressure gauge, Cryo gauge WIKA is used in the measurement of differential pressure of gaseous and liquid media.

These high quality 712.15.100 gauges are characterised by their compact and robust design and are mainly used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks.

With 11 different measuring cells, all common cryo-tank sizes are covered. Due to the large overlap of the measuring range of the individual measuring cells, the tank-mounted meter can be adjusted to match a whole range of gases such as Ar, O2, N2 or CO2, with a full deflection over the full 270 degree metre scale. The span setting is externally accessible and does not affect the zero point. The mechanical display and the selectable electrical output signal are calibrated simultaneously and easily.

The optional flange valve manifold with working pressure indication allows central measurement of level and working pressure in one instrument.

The level display can be supplied with an optional, built-in 2-wire 4 … 20 mA transmitter. The level and working pressure contacts and the working pressure transmitter can be retrofitted on site.

The standard 37 mm centre distance between process connections can be adjusted to a custom centre distance of 31 mm or 54 mm with adapters for flange mounting.
