TTU-KAB-010 industry temperature sensors (RTD) with connection cable, non-insulated

Description

TTU-KAB-010 industry temperature sensors (RTD) with connection cable in non-insulated version (no tubing), are a fast response temperature measurement version, especially suitable for soldering into thermowells, motors, windings, tools.

The RTD sensor is unshielded or partially shielded by a shrink tube. Unprotected, it is fast reacting but mechanically and chemically sensitive.

 

The coil and thermoblock sensor, as it is most often called, is a common design for:

• integrated in the thermoblock
• it is integrated into the motor housings
• built into rotor windings
• fitted between the slats
• used freely in the air for rapid response

 

The maximum use temperature depends on the insulation of the connecting cable.

Temperature ranges

• -40 to 80 °C with PVC connection cable
• -40 to 200 °C with silicone connection cable
• -200 to 200 °C with PTFE connection cable
• -40 to 400 °C with metal braided cable
• -200 to 850 °C in special construction, if required

The TTU-KAB-010 can be supplied in a wide range of lengths, with different connection cables, without or with different connectors for portable instruments.
