Description

The EBI 12-T211 pasteurisation data logger is specifically designed for monitoring food during pasteurisation, as well as for in-process and routine temperature monitoring and mapping.

It is a version with M5 thread, one measuring channel and a 3 mm rigid temperature probe.

This memory unit is equipped with a large display for easy temperature reading and its highly accurate measurement ensures precise temperature tracking during the pasteurisation process.
