Description

The EBI 12-T421 data logger for temperature measurement in a steam sterilizer is specifically designed to perform thermal measurements during the validation process. It is a version with two measuring channels and a 1.5 mm temperature probe. Thanks to its wide measuring range, this memory unit can also be used for quality control during roasting processes.

To ensure long-term use and to protect the recorder against high temperatures above +150 °C, a temperature protection box TIB2 is available and included as an accessory. This box ensures that high temperatures do not damage the data logger, allowing reliable measurements even in extreme conditions.
