R73 WIKA gas thermometer

Description

The WIKA R73 gas thermometer, stainless steel version, has been developed and manufactured in accordance with EN 13190. This quality thermometer has been designed specifically for the needs of the manufacturing industry. The thermometer has been successfully used in particular in the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas and energy industries.

The sensor, process connection and housing of the gas-activated thermometers are made of stainless steel. Individual insertion lengths and process connections are available for optimum process customisation.

The thermometers have a high ingress protection of IP65 and can be used outdoors, even in freezing temperatures. This thermometer model has the option of operating under high vibration with a damping fluid. Thanks to the wide range of different versions, the R73 gas-operated thermometers can be perfectly adapted to any process connection or location.

In the contact bulb version , temperature measurements are possible without contact with the medium, even if the pipe diameter is very small. The contact bulb is designed for external installation on pipes and tanks.

The most common R73 models are R73.100 and R73.160.
