A73 WIKA gas thermometer

Description

The WIKAA73 gas thermometer, stainless steel version, has been developed and manufactured in accordance with EN 13190. This quality thermometer has been designed specifically for the needs of the manufacturing industry. The thermometer is used successfully in the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas and energy industries.

The sensor, process connection and housing of the gas-activated thermometers are made of stainless steel. Individual insertion lengths and process connections are available for optimum process customisation. The thermometers have a high ingress protection of IP65 and can be used outdoors even in freezing temperatures. This thermometer model has the option of operating under high vibration with a damping fluid. Thanks to the wide range of different versions, the A73 gas-operated thermometers can be perfectly adapted to any process connection or location.

With the adjustable version of the sensor and dial, the thermometer housing can be precisely adjusted to the desired viewing angle. In the contact bulb version, temperature measurements are possible without any contact with the medium, even if the tube diameter is extremely small. The contact bulb is designed for external mounting on pipes and tanks. When mounting this version of the thermometer, it is necessary to ensure that the contact bulb is in contact with the measuring point for its entire length.

The most common A73 models are the A73.100 and A73.160.
