Description
The TGT73 stainless steel gas thermometer with electrical output signal from WIKA can be used when the process pressure has to be indicated on site and the signal has to be transmitted to the central control or remote centre at the same time.
By combining a mechanical measuring system with electronic signal processing, the process temperature can be reliably read even if voltage is lost. Thanks to the wide range of different versions, the TGT73 can be perfectly adapted to any process connection or location.
With the adjustable version of the sensor and dial, the housing can be precisely adjusted to the desired viewing angle. With the contact bulb version (no direct contact with the medium), temperature can be measured and monitored even if the tube diameter is extremely small.
The WIKA electronic transducer, integrated in a high-quality mechanical temperature measuring instrument, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the benefits of a local mechanical display. The measuring range (electrical output signal) is automatically adjusted by the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the whole measuring range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA.
