MPR-1 modular pressure sensor (19 mm thread)

Description

The MPR-1 modular pressure sensor has an additional internal temperature monitoring to indicate and correct deviations. It is characterised by its extreme accuracy. It is versatile, but especially designed for battery-powered applications. The sensor design allows operation in the presence of aggressive media.

Compact, precise, flexible

Despite its small size, the MPR-1 provides a compensated and standardised output signal with high accuracy. Internal adjustment is digital.

The output signal offers a choice of analogue and digital mode options (e.g. I²C).

In addition to the data options described in the datasheet, customised versions are also available according to specific customer requirements.

Sustainable with a wide range of applications

The stainless steel element is welded in a process connection and is suitable when corrosive media are used. An oxygen-compatible version can be selected on request.

Typical applications of the MPR-1 are in measurement and process control applications where a high level of integration of pressure measurements is required.

The energy-saving versions with digital output are suitable for battery-powered data loggers (wireless application) with a minimum order of 50 pieces.

Diagnosis of operating functions

The output signal readings are used to detect and evaluate faults using software. We can distinguish whether these are permanent or temporary errors.
