Description

SPR-2, TPR-2 sensor elements and assemblies are high stability, high sensitivity measurement cells with the ability to be uniquely reconfigured to meet application requirements. Made of stainless steel, they are suitable for use in a wide variety of media.

Design

The core of the measuring cell is a silicon chip, which is positioned by pressure transmission through a medium. The medium is the filling fluid, which is chosen according to the intended use.

The stainless steel diaphragm and housing make the converter highly resistant to media of many kinds.

Unique solutions

Pressure transducers are produced in a flexible production line and can be individually tailored to customer requirements.

Special features

They are manufactured with or without temperature compensation for temperature linearity. For cases where you perform active temperature compensation yourself, we can provide you with a sensor cell test certificate.

The mounting and connection concept ensures very high safety against overloading and maximum allowable pressure. The silicon chip guarantees high measurement sensitivity, allowing pressure measurements even at very low values.
