CPH6400 WIKA Precision Handheld Pressure Indicator

Description

The WIKA CPH6400 precision hand-held pressure indicator is designed for quality assurance and is used as a test instrument in various service industries, inspection laboratories and measuring laboratories.

A wide range of reference pressure sensors with different measuring ranges up to 6,000 bar are available to the operator, always providing a solution that is appropriate to the application. Individual sensors can be changed quickly and without tools (plug-and-play) and are automatically identified by a digital display (indicator).
Optionally, very accurate temperature measurement with a Pt100 resistance thermometer is also possible (applies to CPT6400). In addition, this instrument has a large, easy-to-read backlit display (selectable on/off), a robust housing and simple, clear operation.

Functionality
In addition to mobile and accurate pressure and temperature measurement, the CPH6400 opens up other useful applications, e.g. recording pressure and temperature curves (with the logging function), testing for leaks (with the pressure rate function) and determining maximum values (with the Min/Max function).

Software
The WIKA-CAL calibration software is available both for reading the recording data stored in the CPH6400 and for online calibrations in conjunction with a PC. With this software, the calibration data is automatically transferred to a printable calibration certificate. In addition to computer-assisted calibration, WIKA-CAL also offers calibration and instrument data management in a SQL database.

Complete test and service set
For maintenance and service applications, various service case systems are available. This includes pressure service kits with/without pressurisation, power unit/charger, connection adapter, etc.

Certified accuracy
For each reference pressure sensor and Pt100 resistance thermometer, the accuracy of the entire measurement chain is confirmed by a factory calibration certificate supplied with the instrument. We can provide a DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate for this instrument on request.
