The WIKA CPP1000-H Hydraulic Portable Pressure T ester is designed for easy generation, testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measurement instruments with comparative measurements on site, in the laboratory or in the workshop.
The CPP1000-H has been specially developed for on-site pressure testing.

Easy to manage
If the test paver connect a test element and a sufficiently accurate reference pressure gauge, will be at start-up the same pressure is applied to both measuring instruments. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure value , the accuracy can be verified .or the setting of the pressure instrument under test.

Simple Handling
Despite its very compact dimensions, the CPP1000-H hydraulic portable test pressure transmitter enables simple and accurate pressure generation up to max. 1000bar with integrated switchover from system pressure to high-pressure production.
For fine-tuning for accurate benchmarking , the paver is fitted with a valve for fine adjustment As a pressure transfer medium , the uuse hydraulic oil or clean water ba cut of calcium carbonate.

The reference instrument shall be screwed directly onto the top of the pressure gauge, test element See with connect s Connecting by z To the Interior Threaded G ¼, which is Included v supply. The CPP1000-H is equipped as standard with the Minimess® 1620 test element tubing system.
