Description

The A-1200 pressure transducer with IO-Link WIKA is a device that detects pressure and converts it into an electrical signal, where the quantity depends on the pressure or fluid.

The A-1200 is a non-display pressure sensor that can be flexibly programmed via IO-Link and used in a variety of ways – either for pressure monitoring or as an electronic PNP/NPN switch for process control.

More security with digital connectivity
Thanks to IO-Link, the pressure sensor model A-1200 is ideal for use in intelligent machines. For long-term accurate measurement results, the pressure sensor has built-in diagnostic functions that monitor the condition of the instrument. In addition, the A-1200 can be configured externally and conveniently via a digital signal and adjusted at any time.

Robust and durable even in harsh conditions
The robust version of the pressure sensor with IO-Link has been designed specifically for extreme environmental conditions. With a welded M12 x 1 connector, it can easily withstand loads up to 1000 g. It is designed for medium temperatures between -40 °C … +125 °C and can therefore be integrated in almost any application. Downtime and the associated maintenance and costs are significantly reduced due to the stable design.

Easy OEM integration
The integration of the A-1200 pressure sensor into OEM series production is achieved quickly. The sensors can be pre-set by WIKA based on the customer’s desired parameters. Automated IO-Link programming can also reduce configuration time at the factory.

Fast maintenance thanks to visual feedback
A 360-degree LED display shows visual information about the sensor’s status. A green (OK), yellow (critical) or red (error) signal allows intuitive and fast fault detection and correction. For maintenance, a flashing function via IO-Link allows clear localisation of the pressure sensor. Confusion is avoided and maintenance is speeded up.
