Description
The EBI 12-T433 data logger with M5 thread is designed for food validation, in particular for temperature measurement inside and outside cans. It is used for measurements during validation of food production processes, as the central axial sensor measures the temperature inside the container and the side sensor the temperature outside the container. The data obtained can be used to make inferences about the time of exposure to temperature, which helps to preserve the quality of the food. It has two measuring channels and a 3 mm rigid temperature probe.
The data logger boasts a large measuring range, wireless measurement and high accuracy. It makes it easy to document temperature measurements and ensure food quality. The robust design ensures a long service life and easy repair in case of failure.
Who is the EBI 12-T43 suitable for?
- Food manufacturers: the EBI 12-T433 is specifically designed for the validation of food production processes. Manufacturers can use this data logger to monitor the temperature of containers, cans or other packaging during the production process.
- Laboratories: laboratories involved in food analysis and testing can use the EBI 12-T433 to obtain accurate temperature data during the different phases of analysis. This allows them to ensure the consistency and quality of food samples.
- Distributors and transporters: the EBI 12-T433 is useful for temperature control during transport of food products. Distributors and transporters can use this data logger to ensure the correct temperature during transport, which is crucial for maintaining the freshness and safety of food products.
- Warehouses: food warehouses can use the EBI 12-T433 for temperature control in refrigeration systems and storage units. This helps to ensure proper storage conditions, which contributes to the long freshness and quality of the products.
- Outdoor food: event organisers such as catering companies, outdoor restaurants or picnics can use the EBI 12-T433 to monitor the temperature of food during preparation and serving. This enables them to provide safe and quality food for their customers.
