Description

The EBI 12-T210 pasteurisation data logger is designed for monitoring food during pasteurisation, as well as for process and routine monitoring and temperature mapping.

In addition, the memory unit contains a sensor to measure the relative humidity of the air, which is crucial for monitoring humidity in the production process.

The device is easy to use and can be easily adapted to the different requirements and needs of food manufacturers. It supports multiple measurement modes and has the option to store data on internal memory or portable memory cards. It is a single-channel design with a 3 mm rigid temperature probe.

The M5 probe mount thread is a functionality that allows easy and secure attachment of a data logger or other device to a temperature probe or other similar device. It is a standardised thread size that ensures compatibility and compatibility with probes and other devices that have an M5 thread.
