Description

The PCB1 series of SHINKO programmable temperature controllers is suitable for installation in existing or new systems where precise, step or program control is desired. A new feature of the PCB1 series is the possibility to enter a larger number of programmes and programme steps, which currently amounts to 10 samples of 10 steps each, which are interconnected.

The input characteristics of the temperature controller are excellent, with an input tolerance of ±0.2% of the measuring range for thermocouples and ±0.1% of the measuring range when resistive temperature sensors are connected to the input.

A USB cable CMD-001 can be purchased to manage the initial settings via a PC.

 

Main features and benefits of the regulator

  • Increased programming capacity: the PCB1 series brings improved programming capacity, allowing 10 samples of 10 steps to be entered and interconnected to form up to 100 steps of program control in total. This gives users more flexibility in setting temperature profiles.
  • Quickly manage settings via USB cable: with the included CMD-001 USB cable, users can quickly and easily manage the initial settings of the controller via a PC. This simplifies the set-up process and allows the device to be used efficiently.
  • IP66 front panel protection: they are equipped with IP66 protection on the front panel, which allows them to be used in harsh environments, as they are resistant to dust and strong water jets. This ensures reliable operation even in harsh industrial environments.
  • Input with multi-input capability: accept several different input signals including thermocouples (K, J, R, B, S, E, T, N), Pt100 sensor, current inputs (4-20 mA) and voltage inputs (0-1V). This allows the controllers to be used for different temperature applications.
  • Large PV display: a large PV display with 24 mm x 11 mm characters is installed, allowing a wide range of measurement ranges to be easily displayed. This ensures good legibility even at longer distances.
  • Compact size: 96 mm x 96 mm and 68 mm deep, making them easy to install and fit into a variety of systems.
