Description

The QTC1-2 modular SHINKO controller is a 2-channel control module that can be used to configure a multi-point control system via a PC or PLC. It can connect up to 16 instruments via BUS and control up to 32 measurement points. If the control module is used stand-alone, only one QTC1-2P SHINKO modular controller (with power/communication option) is required for connection to the power line.

All other or subsequent supply lines to the control module are connected to the BUS system via a connector. In this case, it makes sense to use the QTC1-20 modular controller (without power/communication options). Up to 16 control modules can be connected to it. Three types of QTC1-2 are available depending on the type of input/output. For more information, please see the enclosed instructions for use.

Using a communication extension module
QMC1
a maximum of 16 control modules can be connected to the QTC1-2 SHINKO modular controller. Up to 1024 measurement points can be measured and monitored with this connection. Communication starts with the transmission of commands from the host computer and ends with a response on the instrument.

PLC connectivity without software (SIF function)

The SIF-SmartInterFace function (PLC communication function without the necessary software) allows direct connectivity to PLCs from different manufacturers.

Multi-zone connection (automatic balance control)

The modular controller allows the control of zones (areas) of a control target (group), by linking. This protects it from partial combustion and/or mechanical damage, while minimising adverse effects on product quality.
