Description
The QTC1-4 modular SHINKO controller is a 4-channel control module that can be used to configure a multi-point control system via a PC or PLC. It can connect up to 16 instruments via BUS and control up to 64 measurement points. If the control module is used stand-alone, only one QTC1-4P SHINKO modular controller (with power/communication capability) is required for connection to the power line.
All other or subsequent supply lines to the control module are connected to the BUS system via a connector. In this case, it makes sense to use the QTC1-40 modular controller (without power/communication options). Up to 16 control modules can be connected to it. Three types of QTC1-4 are available depending on the type of input/output. For more information, please see the enclosed instructions for use.
Using a communication extension module
QMC1
a maximum of 16 control modules can be connected to the QTC1-4 SHINKO modular controller. Up to 1024 measurement points can be measured and monitored with this connection.

PLC connectivity without software (SIF function)
The Smart InterFace (SIF) function (PLC communication function without software) allows direct connectivity to PLCs from different manufacturers.
Multi-zone connection (automatic balance control)
The modular controller allows the control of zones (areas) of a control target (group), by linking. This protects it from partial combustion and/or mechanical damage, while minimising adverse effects on product quality.
