LCTTU-GLA-020/MP economy temperature sensors (RTD) with connection head and measuring transducer

Description

LCTTU-GLA-020/MP economy series are simpler temperature sensors for HVAC applications. Still professionally done, but with cheaper materials and simpler processes.

LCTTU-GLA-020/MP are temperature sensors with built-in trans ducer and recommended for applications between 0 and 150 °C where you need, for example, Pt100 converted to 4 … 20 mA, temperature linear.

They have a process connection at the connection head, so the scope is limited – there is no protective neck to protect the connection head, converter and connections from low or high temperatures.

The measuring range and output of the transducer are user-configurable with the INOR software.

Thermowell version

Temperature sensors with protective housing or thermowell versions have a replaceable measuring cartridge inside for easy replacement or calibration without interrupting the process.

The recommended minimum installation length (depth) is 10 times the outside diameter of the pipe. It can be shorter, but with an impact on the accuracy of the measurement.

The dimpled version is chosen for faster air temperature measurements (ventilation), while the tapered tip is used where very fast measurements are required.

Calibration

Temperature sensors can be calibrated after manufacture and supplied with an accredited calibration certificate.

All temperature sensors can be made to your specifications and requirements. The most common designs are presented on the website, but in practice, production is mainly made to order.
