Description

The EBI 12-T464 is a data logger for temperature measurement in the validation of production processes in the food industry. The central axial probe measures the temperature inside the beverage bottle or can, while the lateral sensor measures the temperature outside the container.

It has two measuring channels and a 6 mm rigid temperature probe. The data can be used to infer the time of exposure to temperature.
