The UT-ONE S16B BATEMIKA set contains everything you need for accurate and reliable temperature measurements in the field in a variety of environments. Designed with different needs in mind, this set offers high flexibility and superior measurement quality.

With high-quality components, advanced software and ease of use, this kit gives you accurate and reliable temperature measurement results anywhere, anytime.

It is used for calibrations, mainly for validations and homogeneity measurements (annealing furnaces, vacuum annealing furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, autoclaves, laboratory ovens, tunnel ovens) of furnaces, according to CQI-9 and AMS 2750F.

The centre of the set is

UT-ONE S16B

, a high-performance 12-channel precision thermometer. This device allows accurate temperature monitoring and provides reliable measurement results.

The UT-ONE S16B allows measurement of resistive probes in a variety of connection configurations, including 4-wire, 3-wire and 2-wire connections, allowing for greater flexibility in measurement.

 

Temperature sensors and Thermocouples
which are always customised to the user’s requirements:

• diameter
• length and shape of handles
• any length of connection cable
• made to your specifications

Adaptation does not mean paying more. These versions are always made to order and can be highly customisable, even in different price frames. The most important thing is results, reliability and longevity.

All temperature sensors can be made to your specifications and requirements. The most common designs are presented on the website, but in practice, production is mainly made to order. Standard delivery time is 3 working days, urgent deliveries within 24 hours (emergency) are possible.

 

The set also includes a HANDHELD Algiz 10X tablet, which is equipped with Windows operating system and a dedicated
BATEMIKA software
. This tablet allows easy data management and analysis and integration with the UT-ONE S16B thermometer. With its robust design and durability, the Algiz 10X is the ideal device for use in the field.

 

Plastic carrying case included for carrying and safe storage of the set
BA-G012
. This case provides protection against shock, moisture and dust, and allows you to organise and transport your set.

 

Also included in the set
Environmental conditions probe (B220A)
, which allows monitoring of additional factors such as humidity and atmospheric pressure. This contributes to a comprehensive analysis of environmental conditions in relation to temperature measurement.

 

To ensure the accuracy of the measurements, it is also supplied with
reference resistor (R210A)
, which allows calibration and verification of the temperature measuring devices.

Software

Software
UT-ONE Applications
is a suite of applications based on the LabVIEW platform for communication between the PC and the UT-ONE thermometer readout.

The biggest advantage of these meters is the input of correction factors and polynomials of temperature sensors and thermocouples, which allows to achieve minimal corrections of the temperature display.

The purpose of the UT-ONE application software is to provide a convenient general-purpose interface to the UT-ONE functionality from a computer screen.

The UT ONE applications also demonstrate the reading capabilities of the UT-ONE thermometer and can be used as a starting point for the development of user applications covering a specific measurement solution.

The UT-ONE apps can be downloaded free of charge from the website and do not require additional licences. LabVIEW drivers are also available free of charge. LabVIEW source code for selected applications and drivers is available on request from a qualified customer.

 

All equipment is supplied with an accredited temperature calibration certificate.
