Description

The HG2-XL HygroGen2 humidity calibrator from ROTRONIC is a portable humidity and temperature calibration system. It quickly and efficiently creates stable temperature and humidity conditions. It saves a lot of time when performing calibrations of all types of humidity instruments from all manufacturers.

The HG2-XL HygroGen2 humidity calibrator from ROTRONIC meets the strict requirements of quality and compliance regulations. With its ability to calibrate instruments across the entire working range, it is accepted throughout the pharmaceutical industry as a class-leading instrument. HygroGen2 is recognised as a “mobile calibration laboratory”. It is designed for companies that need to calibrate a large number of sensors on a regular basis. The calibrator allows simple, flexible calibration with the advantage that devices requiring calibration can be quickly integrated back into work processes.

Robust stability, minimal thermal errors and fast setpoint change times. Compared to its ”family member” HygroGen2-S, HG2-XL is heavier and has a chamber with 10 times the capacity.

MBW/RHS external reference integration (ex: AutoCal+)

The MBW/RHS external reference integration further extends the generator’s usability by allowing the integration of MBW chilled mirror hygrometers, as a reference for AutoCal calibration or within a remote API.

Rotronic has worked with MBW (the world leader in chilled mirror hygrometers) to integrate their products with HygroGen2. Particular highlights include the MBW 473 dew point mirror, whose RP2 measuring head is designed to be inserted directly into the HygroGen2 working volume and operate over the full working range (optional).

Remote screen sharing (ex: Remote control)

The remote control allows you to use the larger screen interface via another device. It is a cross-platform platform that allows access from Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

Remote API

The Remote API is a feature that allows detailed command line control and logging of HygroGen2 data via a set of commands over TCP/IP. This allows users to integrate HygroGen2 into their own or third-party systems to automate the calibration process.
