Description

The CTD9100 temperature dry-well calibrator from WIKA is used for quick and easy testing and calibration of temperature measuring devices.

Versatile use
Fast and easy thermometer testing is now a “must” when it comes to the safety of machinery and plant operations. The CTD9100 family of portable dry-well calibrators are especially suited for ON SITE calibrations and are extremely user-friendly. Thanks to their compact design and light weight, dry-well calibrators can be taken with you and used almost anywhere.
The new instrument design combines a stable heat source with a precise Pt100 temperature measurement. This allows even more efficient calibration of industrial temperature sensors. Regular monitoring of temperature sensors helps to identify faults quickly and reduce downtime.

Easy to use
The CTD9100 series dry-well temperature calibrators operate with temperature-controlled metal blocks and replaceable cartridges. The calibration temperature, which can be set simply by pressing two buttons on the controller, can be controlled very quickly. The actual and set temperature of the heating block can be displayed simultaneously on a large 4-digit high-contrast LC display. This virtually eliminates reading errors.
A new block design with improved temperature homogeneity in the lower range of the calibrator allows for lower measurement uncertainties. The large insertion length of 150 mm significantly reduces heat dissipation errors.

CTD9100 series models

Model CTD9100-COOL (temperature range from –55 °C ... +200 °C) andmodel CTD9100-165 (temperature range from –35 °C ... +165 °C)
These calibrators work with uconsumption of Peltier elements, so they can reach the test temperature, lower than the ambient temperature. Due to their active cooling capability, they are often spent in biotechnological, the pharmaceutical and food industries CTD9100-165-X has an enlarged insert with Ø 60 mm. This allows multiple temperature sensors to be calibrated at the same time, without bthe cartridge needs to be replaced.

Model CTD9100-450(temperature range 40 °C ... to 450 °C)
CTD9100-450 at Consumption in the mid-temperature range up to 450 °C. Temperature uthe creator with uIt is electrically heated and has an enlarged insert with a Ø of 60 mm. This allows multiple temperature sensors to be calibrated at the same time, without bthe cartridge needs to be replaced.

Model CTD9100-650 (temperature range 40 °C … to 650 °C)
This is the high-temperature model. It also works with electric resistance heating. When it comes to testing at high temperatures, for example in exhaust gas measurements at test stations or in power generation, the CTD9100-650 is the right choice.
