The CTD9100 family of portable calibrators are especially suited for ON SITE calibrations and are extremely user-friendly. Thanks to their compact design and light weight, the instruments can be taken with you and used almost anywhere.
The new instrument design combines a stable heat source with an intelligent air cooling system that easily maintains a low temperature in the upper part of the calibrator. This allows even more efficient calibration of industrial temperature sensors without overheating the process head or the thermometer handpiece. Regular monitoring of temperature sensors helps to identify faults quickly and reduce downtime.

Easy to use
The CTD9100 series dry-well temperature calibrators operate with temperature-controlled metal blocks and replaceable cartridges. The calibration temperature, which can be set simply by pressing two buttons on the controller, can be controlled very quickly. The actual temperature of the heating block is displayed on a large two-line high-contrast LC display. This virtually eliminates reading errors. Thermometers of different diameters can be installed in the calibrator with the appropriate drilled inserts. The new block design with improved temperature homogeneity in the lower range of the calibrator allows for lower measurement uncertainties.
