The CTD9100-375 temperature dry-well calibrator from WIKA is used for quick and easy testing and calibration of temperature measuring devices.

The CTx9100 family of portable calibrators are especially suited for local calibration tasks and are extremely user-friendly. Thanks to their compact design and light weight, the instruments can be taken with you and used almost anywhere. The CTD9100-375 calibrator is characterised by its robust housing design and compact dimensions.

The new instrument design combines a stable heat source with a precise Pt100 temperature measurement. This allows even more efficient calibration of industrial temperature sensors. Regular monitoring of temperature sensors helps to identify faults quickly and reduce downtime.

Easy to use
The CTD9100 series of calibrators work with temperature-controlled metal blocks and replaceable cartridges.

The calibration temperature, which can be set simply by pressing two buttons on the controller, can be controlled very quickly. The set temperature of the heated block is displayed on a large, 4-digit, high-contrast LED display. This virtually eliminates reading errors.

Thermometers of different diameters can be installed in the calibrator with the appropriate drilled inserts. A new block design with improved temperature homogeneity in the lower range of the calibrator allows for lower measurement uncertainties.
