Description

The PCA1 R10-00 SHINKO Programmable Temperature Controller is suitable for installation in existing or new systems where precise, step or program control is desired. New to the PCA1 series is the ability to enter a larger number of samples and steps, now 16 samples of 16 steps (control up to 256 steps).

The input characteristics of the temperature controller are excellent, with an input tolerance of ±0.2% of the measuring range for thermocouples and ±0.1% of the measuring range when resistive temperature sensors are connected to the input.

PCA1 R10-00 can also be used in conjunction with SWC-PCA101M and SWM-PCA101M software.

• Increased programming capacity: with the ability to input up to 16 samples of 16 steps and control up to 256 steps, the PCA1 R10-00 offers a high degree of flexibility and precision in programmed temperature control.
• Easy status check with 3-colour switching: it is equipped with an LCD display with 11-segment characters that makes it easy to check the status of the process by changing the PV colours on the display. This allows users to quickly spot deviations and potential errors in the process.
• IP66 front panel protection: thanks to IP66 protection on the front panel, the controller is resistant to dust and strong water jets, making it suitable for operation in harsh industrial environments.
• High accuracy of input characteristics: input tolerance for thermocouples is ± 0.2 % of the measuring range, while when connecting resistive temperature sensors to the input it is ± 0.1 % of the measuring range. This ensures accurate measurement results and reliable temperature control.
• PCA1 software series: can be linked to SWC-PCA101M and SWM-PCA101M software to monitor data, edit and load controller settings. The software makes it easy to manage and control your processes.
• Enhanced serial communication function: offers the possibility of serial communication with Shinko and Modbus protocols (Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU). This allows easy integration with other devices and system solutions.
