Description

The PCA1 A10-00 SHINKO Programmable Temperature Controller with 4 to 20 mA current output is suitable for installation in existing or new systems where precise, step or program control is desired. New to the PCA1 series is the ability to enter a larger number of samples and steps, now 16 samples of 16 steps (control up to 256 steps).

The input characteristics of the temperature controller are excellent, with an input tolerance of ±0.2% of the measuring range for thermocouples and ±0.1% of the measuring range when resistive temperature sensors are connected to the input.

PCA1 A10-00 can also be used in conjunction with SWC-PCA101M and SWM-PCA101M software.

The new feature of the PCA1 A10-00 controller is the possibility to enter a larger number of samples and steps, which now amounts to 16 samples of 16 steps. Program control of up to 256 steps is possible by pattern matching.

Easy-to-read LCD display

Industry-leading display with 11-segment characters for easy reading.

You can also set the duration of the backlight. By setting the exposure time (from idle to off), you can switch off the displays to save energy.

Easy status check

Easily check the current status via PV colour changes on the display (3 colour switching), which are linked to the alarm and change when there is a deviation. Errors can also be checked using action indicators.

IP 66 frontal protection of the controller

IP 66 (faceplate) protection allows the PCA1 series to be used in harsh environments.

IP 66: impermeable to dust and strong water jets.

Efficient console software

The SWC-PCA101M software is available for data monitoring, editing and uploading. If you are using a USB communication cable then the PCA1 A10-00 does not need to be powered.

Easy data viewing with monitoring software

Using the SWM-PCA101M monitoring software, you can make changes to items, record data and monitor them on a PC.

Improved serial communication function

PCA1 A10-00 offers the possibility of serial communication with Shinko and Modbus protocol (Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU).
