NEM 63 Level regulator with stainless steel float JOLA

NEM 63 The JOLA stainless steel float level controller is used for automatic level control, level indication, limit/point level detection, as an anti-drain protection or as an overfill protection for liquids in tanks or tanks.

These units are not suitable for use on vibrating machines or in places where they are subject to shock or vibration.

Mode of operation

NVM Level Controllers / … and NEM / … are equipped with a float and a floating rod to which a magnet is attached at the opposite end of the float.

The float follows the liquid level and moves the floating rod, inserted through the screw thread of the unit’s spigot, up or down. A guide tube is attached above the spout behind the floating rod and magnet, and adjustable magnetic switches are mounted on the outside of the tube. These magnetic switches have so-called bistable properties; i.e. remain in the switching state caused by the magnet’s passing effect and only switch when the magnet goes in the opposite direction.

In the NVM / … types, the guide pipe is made of transparent PVC, which allows a direct visual indication of the liquid level. For NEM / … types, it is made of stainless steel.
