ENVM/E level controller with stainless steel float JOLA

Description

The ENVM/E level controller with stainless steel float JOLA is used for automatic level control, level indication, limit/point level detection, as a protection against emptying or as a protection against overfilling of liquids in tanks or tanks.

These units are not suitable for use on vibrating machines or in places where they are subject to shock or vibration.

Composition of ENVM/ level controllers

ENVM/.. level controllers consist of:
– a float suspended in the tank,
– a fixed cylinder that is fixed above the tank so that the float can move freely up or down,
– a guide tube (to be fixed outside the tank) with a fixed cylinder installed, an internal counterweight with an integrated magnet and wall brackets,
– a rope stretched between the float and the counterweight,
– adjustable bistable magnetic switches type HMW/3/32 or HMW/1/32 mounted on transparent PVC pipe.

Mode of operation

A rising or falling liquid level in the tank causes the float to move up or down in proportion to the level. When the level of the liquid in the tank changes, the magnetic switches mounted on the outer guide tube are influenced by a counterweight magnet connected by a rope to the float.

Due to their bistable properties, magnetic switches stay in the position in which they were placed by the magnet passing through and do not switch back until the magnet passes the other way again.
