JIR-301-M SHINKO digital display

Description

JIR-301-M SHINKO digital display with LED 5-digit display, IP66 frontal protection, universal inputs, serial communication (RS 485 protocol), analogue to analogue converter function, built-in power supply for the converter, standard 3-point alarm output, multiple input and alarm measurement indication.

 

Main features and benefits of the regulator

• Multi-input: has a multi-input function to allow a variety of processes. It supports 18 input types including thermocouple, RTD, DC and DC voltage. The short input sampling period makes it suitable for a wide range of applications such as injection moulds, extruders, packers and electric furnaces.
• Standard output transfer: input values are converted to an analogue signal (4 … 20 mA DC) every 0.125 seconds. The display is also equipped with a standard 3-point alarm function that allows users to set alarms to monitor critical process conditions.
• Serial communication (RS-485): allows easy and reliable serial communication with Shinko and Modbus protocol (Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU). The keypad allows you to select the instrument number and communication protocol, making it easy to integrate the display with connected instruments.
• IP66 front panel protection: thanks to IP66 protection (front panel), the display is fully protected against dust and strong water jets. This allows the display to be used in harsh industrial environments where extreme conditions are present.
