Description
FSK01 test set for welding pliers 10 kN, 20 kN at is used to monitor electrode forces in spot welding. The kit consists of a force transducer and a display. To check the forces, acting between the electrodes, a force transducer is used, which is locatedbetween the electrodes. Concave surfaces for uthe exercise of force are at the heart of forcesensor. When the welding electrodes are joined, can be on the indicator read off the magnitude of the force, that works.
The force sensor is designed as a load cell for the shear beam. It is insensitive to beye forces and moments. The output signal is fed to the indicator via a cable , thus feeding the inverter forces are also supplied by the working voltage. The supply voltage can also be taken from the PLC.
Proven thin-film sensor technologyis built in. Laser welded sensor has all advantages of conventional gauges voltage from glued foil.
Calibration
The force gauge and indicator are calibrated together as a measuring chain. Again umeasurement every 12 months is recommended.
