Description
FRKPS chain hoist test kit for friction clutch testing up to 3,500 kg. Uused for testing friction clutches on chain hoists. The device consists of a force transducer with chain adaptors and a display. To perform the test , the force transducer is inserted into the chain, travels upwards towards the base of the chain hoist and thus bbends the chain.
The force sensor is built as a shear beam, so it is not affected by parasitic forces and torques. The output signal is transmitted to the hand-held indicator via a cable. To test each type of chain hoist in a specific area two chain adaptors and three centering sleeves are required.
Additional Digital manual display has All needed functions for processing Outgoing signals sensors and direct see measured values. The large matrix display makes it easy tomaking it particularly easy.
