F9302 WIKA strain sensor

Description

F9302 strain sensor up to 1.000 μe is bil designed for the uconsumption, where the deformation due to external forces has to be measured, acting on existing solid components. Simply screw the device onto the component. After umeasuring the unit gets the characteristics of a force transducer, where the deformation is transmitted by friction from the component to the deformation sensor.

The deformation sensor is suitable for uconsumption at constructions z tension or compression maximum 1.0 ‰ and reach jointly accuracy measuring units 2 % Full scales. It shall be fixed to the construction area with two screws, where uthe shear elongation. Combined deformation body/the strain sensor can be easily adjusted with control signals.

Examples of uconsumption includes large machinery and steel structures, where heavy loads are imposed. This applies, among other things, to embossing machines and presses.
