Description

CPP1000-M hydraulic pusher with WIKA hand spindle withpuddles as a pressure generator for the testedis, setting up and usingmeasurement (calibration) of mechanical and electronic pressure gauges with comparative measurements. These pressure tests can be carried out in the laboratory, in the workshop or on site measuring point (ON SITE)

Easy handling
Test items and reference instruments with larger volumes should be pre-filled outside the test port or can be easily and conveniently filled directly from the hand spindle pump using the stop valves available as accessories for the test ports.

On the CPP1000-M, a fine control valve is available as an option and can be fitted as an option. The test connectors are female (internal) G ½. For calibration of instruments with different connection threads, suitable thread adaptors are available.

Easy to manage
If a test element and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected to the test pump, the same pressure will be applied to both instruments when the pump is started. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure value, the accuracy and/or setting of the pressure test instrument can be checked.
