Description

The BC 600 Blower check Wöhler blower unit with a new installation concept and innovative measurement method enables air tightness tests to be carried out on buildings in a way never seen before.

It is used for air leakage detection as well as for determining the airtightness of the building envelope according to EN ISO 9972 and EN 13829. The device is designed to perform technical measurements; it is not designed to use a continuous air supply.

Instead of a heavy wired control unit, the fan connects to a mobile device via WLAN (iOS or Android), allowing all measurements to be transmitted.

The vacuum and overpressure measurements can be taken directly one after the other in a way that does not require changing the measurement arrangement, because the fan automatically changes direction of movement. The latter saves time. High-precision sensor technology ensuresthat the required measurement accuracy is reliably maintained.

A special clamp system allows the fan unit and the sealing screen to be installed tightly and easily in windows or doors, even in difficult installation conditions. If the door frame is missing, the sealing canvas is simply attached to the optional recessed frame.

Measurement sequences are stored and managed via the Wöhler BC 600 app, which is free to download on your smartphone or tablet (Android, iOS, Windows).

Manual operation is always possible if needed. After a change in the measurement standard, the user only updates the application. This ensures that the measurements comply with the standard in the long term. If only a leak is detected, no control device is needed.

The Wöhler BC 600 independently regulates the desired differential pressure. The actual status is then indicated by the illumination of the keys.
