Description
The XTP601 proprietary Michell oxygen analyser for use in safe or hazardous (Ex) areas is a robust, linear and stable device used for the measurement of gases such as biogas, methane (CH4), hydrogen (H), nitrogen (N) or carbon dioxide (CO2). The XTP601 meets the requirements of the IEC61508 SIL2 standard.
It is housed in a rugged IP66 enclosure, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The oxygen analyser can be supplied with flame retardants, either explosion-proof and certified for use in hazardous areas (Ex zones), or for use in safe areas with flammable gases.
The XTP series offers a basic model XTP601, the specifications of which can be found in the attached documentation. This series also presents
XTP501
for oxygen analysis in safe areas with the same technology, based on a thermo-paramagnetic sensor.
