Description

PG43SA-C diaphragm manometer for sanitary applications WIKA is preferably used for sanitary applications. Through the large working area of the circular, corrugated diaphragm element, pressure ranges can be reliably measured.

The PG43SA-C diaphragm pressure gauge has been specially designed for the needs of sanitary applications.

Fully mechanical pressure transmission using the diaphragm element measurement principle and high overload safety ensure safe pressure measurement. The dry measuring cell eliminates the risk of contamination of the product by the transfer fluid. A compensating welded membrane element in conjunction with aseptic process connections (e.g. Clamp, thread, VARIVENT®, BioControl®) allows connection to a dead space-free process.

The PG43SA-C is a very compact and robust measuring instrument, especially suitable for vertical pipelines, small plants and mobile containers. The patented design with integrated process connector on the back of the case allows for space-saving installation.

The measuring instrument finds use, for example, in ultra-clean steam generation systems or as an independent pressure display, without the need for an external power supply, on portable tanks.

The PG43SA-C in hygienic design can be used for CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilisation in place) and in wash down areas. The measuring instrument can thus be cleaned reliably and time-efficiently.

Based on third-party verification, the PG43SA-C meets Sanitary Standard 3-A.

For GMP-compliant documentation, a number of 3.1 and 2.2 certificates are available, such as a material certificate or a list of individual measured values.
