Description
The HPNV high pressure needle valve for pressure gauges has been designed for high pressure applications. The valve is particularly suitable for control panels with limited space.
The non-rotating spindle tip reduces wear on the sealing elements, increasing their life (especially when opening and closing frequently). The design of the anti-sudden failure valve improves safety at work, especially in applications with high-pressure loads and frequent pressure cycles. The valve can be fully opened or closed. close with just 5 turns.
The risk of unintentional untightening of the valve cover is reduced due to the mechanical locking of the lever. The self-centring system allows quick installation and removal of the handle. Professional installation of valves and other accessories on pressure gauges is also included as an option. To ensure the complete system is operational, an additional leakage test shall be carried out at the time of installation.
