The CPT6030 analogue pressure sensoruses a low hysteresis silicon sensor with electronically compensated pressure linearity over a compensated temperature range.
It is characteristic of the entire pressure and compensated temperature range, to achieve an accuracy of 0.0 25% FS. This specification includes linearity, hysteresis, the repeatability deviation and the reference uncertainty over the temperature range. There is also an exit, which is updated at 21 readings per second (47 ms).

Functions
The CPT6030 is a smart pressure sensor with calibration and compensation data stored in the sensor at all times. It can be configured with an RS-232 digital interface to set and adjust zero and span. The sensor can be configured for gauge, absolute or bidirectional pressure types with a pressure range from 25 mbar … 1001 bar and a recalibration period of 365 days. This analogue pressure sensor accepts a DC power supply of 15 … 28 V, making it flexible enough to be used in a wide range of applications.

Design
The 316L stainless steel construction and parts in contact with the medium are an advantage when used in corrosive or wet environments. Its compact design provides an advantage in miniaturising product design in many OEM applications. The pressure connection and housing can be customised to your application. The standard connectors can be easily replaced with the SAE J514/JIC connector or the Autoclave® F250C connector.

The analogue pressure sensor can be used is used for the verification and adjustment of industrial and process pressure transmitters as a compact solution for measurement. Ubut can also be used for OEM applications.
