Description

The CPT6020 WIKA precision pressure sensor, basic version, is a pressure sensing instrument that provides highly accurate pressure measurements.

This sensor atuses a silicon sensor with low hysteresis and electronically compensated pressure linearity over a compensated temperature range. CPT6020 precision pressure sensor has a full pressure and temperature range typical accuracy 0.0 20% FS. This specification includes linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and temperature errors. There is also an exit, which is updated at 50 readings per second (20 ms).

Functions
The CPT6020 has an RS-232 or RS-485 interface. The RS-485 interface offers multimedia transmission and simple wiring including power and communication. Four different data rates can be selected and the sensor can be up to 1220 m away from the host. System designers appreciate these remotely accessible, high-precision sensors that are not tied to a panel. The sensor can be configured for either gauge or absolute pressure. With a calibration interval of 185 days and a high resolution of 8 significant figures, the CPT6020 is flexible enough to be used in a wide variety of applications.

The CPT6020 precision pressure sensor is designed for OEM instruments that require a highly accurate pressure sensor. Examples are:

  • flowcalibrators, humidity calibrators, pressure regulators

  • for calibration in an aircraft wind tunnel and also for testing automotive sensors
