CPT6100 precision pressure sensor from WIKA

Description

The CPT6100 precision pressure sensor from WIKA is used as a reference pressure sensor in the automated production of pressure measuring instruments (manometers) or calibration stands.

The CPT6100 precision pressure sensor is integrated in OEM instruments, e.g. in pressure, flow or humidity calibrators, or in any instrument where high accuracy measurements are required. With its high accuracy, reading speed and long-term stability, it is particularly suitable for use in wind tunnels or pressure chambers. These features also make the CPT6100 a valuable tool in metrology, hydrology, oceanography and aerospace.

Functions
The CPT6100 has an RS-232 or RS-485 interface. The RS-485 interface offers a genuine multi-touch connection and easy calibration. There are four different download speeds to choose from. The sensors can be set for both gauge and absolute pressure for any measurement range within the specified limits. They have a wide power supply range (DC 6 … 20 V) and low power consumption (< 0.5 W). With a recalibration interval of 180 days and a high resolution of 6 significant figures, the instrument is flexible enough to be used in a wide variety of applications.

Compact design
Thanks to its robust, compact design, the instrument can be easily installed in a 48.26 cm stand without taking up much space. With the combination of male (external) and female (internal) threads, fast and safe installation is always possible, negating the need for further sealing.
