CPP120-X WIKA Pneumatic Comparative Test Pressure Tester

Description

The CPP120-X WIKA Pneumatic Comparative Test Pressure Pressure Gauge serves as a pressure generator for testing, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments with comparative measurements. It can be used in the laboratory, workshop or on site (ON SITE).

Easy tomanage
If the test paver connect the test an element and a sufficiently accurate reference pressure gauge, the same pressurewill be applied to both measuring instruments.
By comparing the two measured values at any measured pressure value , it is possible to check the accuracy and/oror setting up a pressure tester.

Simple Handling
The CPP120-X Pneumatic Comparative Test Pressure Piston delivers pressures up to 120bar. It is technically identical to the CPB3500 dead weight test instrument.

Individual test points can be easily controlled with two integrated fine metering valves for inlet and outlet pressure.
The pump has a fine adjustable volume regulator for fine tuning for accurate benchmarking. The connection for the required external pressure or vacuum source is on the rear panel.
Two test connections are equipped with female (internal) G ½ loose fittings. For calibration of instruments with different connection threads, suitable thread adaptors are available.

Compact instrument design
The CPP120-X is also characterised by its compact dimensions, which do not change during operation as the spindle is contained in the body of the paver.
These dimensions, the extremely robust ABS plastic housing and the associated low weight make the CPP120-X particularly suitable for ON SITE use.
