CPG-KITH WIKA pneumatic service kit

Description

The WIKA CPG-KITH pneumatic service kit is used for servicing, pressure calibration of gas and liquid media.

Scope of application
The CPG-KITH Pneumatic Service Kit is the ideal tool for hydraulic testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure gauges with comparative measurements or for adjusting pressure switches. These and other tests can be carried out quickly and reliably in the laboratory or workshop, or on site at the measuring point. The Service Kit makes service and maintenance more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is of high quality workmanship, handy and robust, and is also suitable for service use.

Components
The Service Kit consists of a hydraulic hand-held test pump to generate a specific test pressure and a high-precision model of the CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. In the test case, different connection adapters are also available. All components are carefully stored in the housing and protected for internal transport.

Simple function
If you connect the test product and the CPG1500 model of the Precision Digital Pressure Gauge to a test pump, the same pressure will be applied to both instruments when the pump is triggered. The test pressure is fine-tuned using a fine adjustment valve. By comparing two measured values at any given pressure value, a check can be made on the accuracy and/or setting of the pressure instrument under test.

WIKA-Cal software
The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be wirelessly transferred to the WIKA-Cal calibration software for further evaluation. In addition to computer-assisted calibration, WIKA-Cal also offers calibration and instrument data management in a SQL database. A WIKA-Wireless interface is available for data transfer.
